Justina Robson and I will be teaching this 'How To Write Science Fiction' course for the Arvon Foundation from tomorrow (Monday 21st) through to the end of the week; it's a residential course, at the superb eyrie of Lumb Bank. If you're on the course, I look forward to seeing you; if you're not, well I'll be away from my desk til I get back.

Is that anywhere near Seattle? Yeah... I didn't think so.

RGS: Is Seattle not in Yorkshire? If not, no.
Kayley: Agreed. I mean, there was Marmalade, don't get me wrong; a number of varieties of marmalade in fact. But decent marmalade? Nothing.

Never mind the marmalade. Stephen Baxter was dishing out vegetables as I recall. Did anyone get a picture??????
