Author copies arrived today. Looks even more beautiful when held in the hand than it does online. You can pre-order a copy, or wait until the 18th August when it hits the shops.
Another thing occurs to me: I'm proud of this one.

Bought this afternoon. It's sitting on the gout stool at my side waiting for me to finish editing this short story so that I can get to it. You're right, it is a good looking book. I hope that it will feature in Nik @VincentAbnett's reading hour this week.

Interesting word employed describing the rendered buildings of Queens : "dustification". A word I believe coined by Dr Judy Wood in her excellent book "Where did the Towers Go".
A well researched distopian fable with great imagination is a rare find, a solace even. Perhaps I am mistaken in my vague assumptions, it matters not.
Thank you in any case.

E Smith: I haven't read Judy Wood's book, though it sounds very interesting. Thank you for the kind words!
